CuracaoGo strives for accuracy but does not guarantee that listing information (hours, prices, availability) is always up to date. We recommend confirming details directly with the business.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use the platform to post false reviews, harass other users, scrape data, or engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or these terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
CuracaoGo is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to booking errors or inaccurate listing data.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
